Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

-Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process your order, depending on our current order volume & when order is also required by.

-Delivery & Postage: After processing, your order will be shipped and delivered within 1-5 business days, WA & NT could take up to 2 weeks. All postage orders are processed through AUS POST via express

• Delivery orders for SYDNEY only will be delivered via a local Courier company.
• We do not have any deliveries/shipping on the weekends. if your event happens to fall on a Saturday or Sunday, then your order will be ready by Friday for pick up or delivery. All cookies are made fresh to order and last 4-6 weeks so 1 or 2 days before your event will not change anything about your cookies.

-Kerbside Pickup: If you prefer, you can opt for kerbside pickup at our HQ location in Chester Hill, Sydney. Please select this option at checkout. 

-Public Holidays: We are closed on public holidays.
If your order is in shipment please expect delays on public holiday whether it be via AUS POST or local delivery couriers.

-Tracking Information: Tracking will be provided once order has been completed and out for delivery.
All kerbside pick ups will also be notified via email or SMS.

-Delivery Areas: We ship Australia wide via AUS POST.
All Sydney orders will be delivered via a local courier service & or AUS POST
