Once your order has been processed, we start to begin gathering items necessary for your order, so unfortunately, we are unable to offer cancellations
for orders under any circumstances, but the date can be changed to a future date given enough time to be arranged.
We do not accept refunds or exchanges due to the nature of our product being food and some items are customised.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
We use Aus post for postage and a local delivery service for Sydney wide delivery
We take full care of your order when handling your cookies and do everything we possibly can to prevent any damage, but once they are on board for postage/delivery, unfortunately, they are no longer in our control and will not
take responsibility for any damages.
Customised orders require a 50% deposit on the whole amount. Any orders under $100 need to be paid in full. Cancelation will forfeit their deposit. If the event is cancelled, the deposit can be moved to another order and will be issued a credit note. Without a deposit on your order, your order will not be processed and booked in. If you have selected pick up at checkout, an address will be provided once the order is finished.
We cannot alter any cookie orders once a deposit has been made and cookies are finalised.
We do not offer any personalization of holiday/festive orders so as to keep things simple in busier periods.
All cookies are baked fresh to order. All cookies are individually packed into cello bags to ensure they last up to 6 weeks. To ensure your cookies stay fresh for up to 6 weeks, please store your cookies in a cool, dry place and avoid placing them in direct sunlight or the fridge.
